Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGLYRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,370 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGLYRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PGLYRP1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLYRP1-to-partner and partner-to-PGLYRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pre-mRNA catabolic process grouped by PGLYRP1-low versus PGLYRP1-high in BONE.
