Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGLS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGLS-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM236A, RNU6-170P, and SCGB1C1. Each is linked with PGLS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGLS-to-partner and partner-to-PGLS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM236A grouped by PGLS-low versus PGLS-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGLS→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGLS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
