Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,916 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR210HG, ENO2, and AHNAK2. Each is linked with PGK1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGK1-to-partner and partner-to-PGK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGK1 versus MIR210HG in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
