Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGGT1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,019 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGGT1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, RNA5SP412, and MT-TN. Each is linked with PGGT1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGGT1B-to-partner and partner-to-PGGT1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by PGGT1B-low versus PGGT1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGGT1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGGT1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
