Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY1P1, RNU6-48P, and RNA5SP415. Each is linked with PGF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGF-to-partner and partner-to-PGF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY1P1 grouped by PGF-low versus PGF-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
