Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,054 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNRD1, TALDO1, and IDH1. Each is linked with PGD in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGD-to-partner and partner-to-PGD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGD versus TXNRD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
