Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,419 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX11, PIMREG, and NAGPA-AS1. Each is linked with PGD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGD-to-partner and partner-to-PGD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX11 grouped by PGD-low versus PGD-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
