Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGD mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGD-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, ASNS, and INPP4B. Each is linked with PGD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGD-to-partner and partner-to-PGD results are reported.
