PGC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRNB3, IFNA6, and CCL19. Each is linked with PGC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGC-to-partner and partner-to-PGC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHRNB3 grouped by PGC-low versus PGC-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
