Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGBD4P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,710 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGBD4P8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macromolecule methylation, Intraciliary anterograde transport, and Regulation of DNA methylation-dependent heterochromatin formation. Each is linked with PGBD4P8 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGBD4P8-to-partner and partner-to-PGBD4P8 results are reported.
