Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGBD4P8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PGBD4P8 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PGBD4P8 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGBD4P8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LUAD show a favorable association.
CESC, THYM, and BRCA are the cancer types where PGBD4P8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
