Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAP6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGAP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eEF2, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PGAP6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP6-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by PGAP6-low versus PGAP6-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
