Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,377 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lysosome organization, Lytic vacuole organization, and Protein localization to plasma membrane. Each is linked with PGAP6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP6-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP6 results are reported.
