Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAP6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,172 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGAP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM10, GOLGA3, and NCAPG. Each is linked with PGAP6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP6-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAP6 versus MCM10 in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of -0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
