Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,874 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGAP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUP98, STAB1, and SRP9. Each is linked with PGAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAP2 versus NUP98 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
