Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 367 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLA2G3, CACNA1F, and ESRP2. Each is linked with PGAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAP2 versus PLA2G3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
