PGAP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,096 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIDD1, SIRT3, and AP2A2. Each is linked with PGAP2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAP2 versus PIDD1 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
