PGAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, KCNA4, and TLE7. Each is linked with PGAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAP2-to-partner and partner-to-PGAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by PGAP2-low versus PGAP2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
