Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PGAM5 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PGAM5 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PGAM5 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PGAM5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where PGAM5 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
