Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,639 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PGAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA8, JAM2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with PGAM5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM5-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAM5 versus ABCA8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
