Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGAM5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Rab25. Each is linked with PGAM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM5-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM5 results are reported.
