PGAM5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PGAM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,952 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGAM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAN, URB2, and NOLC1. Each is linked with PGAM5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGAM5-to-partner and partner-to-PGAM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PGAM5 versus RAN in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGAM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGAM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
