PGA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PGA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PGA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are NENFP2, FAM224A, and MIR6792. Each is linked with PGA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PGA5-to-partner and partner-to-PGA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NENFP2 grouped by PGA5-low versus PGA5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PGA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PGA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
