Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6075, MIR98, and RNA5SP411. Each is linked with PFN4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN4-to-partner and partner-to-PFN4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6075 grouped by PFN4-low versus PFN4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
