Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,231 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UCHL1, MLLT11, and FAXC. Each is linked with PFN2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN2-to-partner and partner-to-PFN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFN2 versus UCHL1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
