PFN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,537 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ47, CYCSP12, and IGHV1-69D. Each is linked with PFN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN2-to-partner and partner-to-PFN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ47 grouped by PFN2-low versus PFN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
