Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,752 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFN2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle assembly, Positive regulation of skeletal muscle fiber development, and Chloride transport. Each is linked with PFN2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN2-to-partner and partner-to-PFN2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Spindle assembly grouped by PFN2-low versus PFN2-high in PANCREAS.
