Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFN1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,733 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFN1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF608_S1453, IMPA2, and RPL26. Each is linked with PFN1P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFN1P2-to-partner and partner-to-PFN1P2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFN1P2 versus ZNF608_S1453 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFN1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFN1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
