Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFKM RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,192 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFKM-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate metabolic process, Canonical glycolysis, and Glucose catabolic process to pyruvate. Each is linked with PFKM in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKM-to-partner and partner-to-PFKM results are reported.
