PFKFB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFKFB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,675 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFKFB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fructose 2,6-bisphosphate metabolic process, Glycolytic process through fructose-6-phosphate, and Glycolytic process through glucose-6-phosphate. Each is linked with PFKFB4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKFB4-to-partner and partner-to-PFKFB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fructose 2,6-bisphosphate metabolic process grouped by PFKFB4-low versus PFKFB4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKFB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKFB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
