PFKFB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFKFB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,645 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFKFB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUSL1, CUEDC1, and ZNF511. Each is linked with PFKFB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKFB2-to-partner and partner-to-PFKFB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PUSL1 grouped by PFKFB2-low versus PFKFB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFKFB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFKFB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
