The most reproducible PFKFB2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, Endosomal lumen acidification, and Glycerophospholipid biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PFKFB2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFKFB2-to-partner and partner-to-PFKFB2 results are reported.
