PFDN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,338 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, SENP1, and KMT2D_S1180. Each is linked with PFDN5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN5-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN5 versus MYG1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
