Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,469 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PFDN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPA, CSE1L, and TIMM8A. Each is linked with PFDN5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN5-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN5 versus CENPA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
