Across TCGA patient cohorts, PFDN5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 62 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23P4, RAB42P1, and LINC02467. Each is linked with PFDN5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN5-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN5 results are reported.
