PFDN5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PFDN5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,659 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PFDN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP5MC2, ATP5MD, and BLOC1S1. Each is linked with PFDN5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PFDN5-to-partner and partner-to-PFDN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PFDN5 versus ATP5MC2 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PFDN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PFDN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
