PF4V1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PF4V1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PF4V1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV1OR-2, RNU4ATAC5P, and MIR4695. Each is linked with PF4V1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PF4V1-to-partner and partner-to-PF4V1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV1OR-2 grouped by PF4V1-low versus PF4V1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PF4V1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PF4V1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
