PF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,467 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPBP, SLC4A1, and EPB41. Each is linked with PF4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PF4-to-partner and partner-to-PF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PF4 versus PPBP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
