Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,942 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOSB, ATF3, and FOS. Each is linked with PF4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PF4-to-partner and partner-to-PF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PF4 versus FOSB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
