Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP70, MIR6076, and CYP2C19. Each is linked with PF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PF4-to-partner and partner-to-PF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP70 grouped by PF4-low versus PF4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
