PEX7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,477 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP7, AFDN, and RALBP1. Each is linked with PEX7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX7-to-partner and partner-to-PEX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX7 versus MAP7 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
