Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,904 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf120, STS, and AGR2. Each is linked with PEX7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX7-to-partner and partner-to-PEX7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX7 versus C6orf120 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
