PEX7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 264 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPATCH11, MRPL39, and GYG1. Each is linked with PEX7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX7-to-partner and partner-to-PEX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH11 grouped by PEX7-low versus PEX7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
