PEX7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR, STAT5a, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with PEX7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX7-to-partner and partner-to-PEX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR grouped by PEX7-low versus PEX7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
