Across TCGA cell cohorts, PEX7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,152 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to peroxisome, Protein import into peroxisome matrix, and Protein transmembrane import into intracellular organelle. Each is linked with PEX7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX7-to-partner and partner-to-PEX7 results are reported.
