Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,601 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHA7, IGHJ3, and SH2D4A. Each is linked with PEX6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX6-to-partner and partner-to-PEX6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX6 versus PLEKHA7 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
