Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,859 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL18, AEBP1, and ACAT2. Each is linked with PEX3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX3-to-partner and partner-to-PEX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX3 versus MRPL18 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
