PEX26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,666 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX26-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-88P, CDY5P, and RPS29P26. Each is linked with PEX26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX26-to-partner and partner-to-PEX26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX26→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
