PEX13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,169 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PEX13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2_T311, STAMBP, and XPO1. Each is linked with PEX13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX13-to-partner and partner-to-PEX13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PEX13 versus PLEKHO2_T311 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
