Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PEX13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PEX13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, INPP4B, and MEK1. Each is linked with PEX13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PEX13-to-partner and partner-to-PEX13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by PEX13-low versus PEX13-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PEX13→partner) and Y-score (partner→PEX13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
